Problem Statement
Koreans need 87 types of certificates for events like employment, job changes, marriage, and pensions, and managing their financial activities.
This process is remarkably frequent, with 1,042,020,000 issuances annually.
However, obtaining these certificates involves visiting the local community center, which is time-consuming and costly.

Blockchain technology
•
To ensure the authenticity of certificates issued by government databases
•
To prevent theft of personal information certificates by others
Secured API & ERD design
•
Data communication security design for official certificate issuance
Through user research, our team discovered that certificate issuance occurs more frequently on PCs rather than mobile devices.
PC platform expansion
While expanding the product to include a PC version
,
we aimed to offer users the convenience of accessing the service on their familiar desktops.
However, traditional paper-based issuing methods were still mandated by many financial institutions in Korea.
The nationwide shift towards a paperless society required time, and during this transitional phase, we found it necessary to provide a printing option for the submission of paper certificates.
Therefore, we decided to leverage convenience stores as printing hubs
for the optimal accessibility of all citizens.
By overriding the convenience store's printing system, we ensured that everyone could print certificates at a nearby convenience store within a 3-minute distance
whenever needed.
