Problem Statement
In Korea, there are over 80 types of various taxes.
However, citizens find it difficult to understand the specific types of each tax. Information about each tax is delivered to homes through yellow paper tax statements.
The issues arising from this situation include:

Difficulty in understanding exactly which tax one is paying
•
Complexity of tax statements, making it challenging to determine how much and where to pay
•
Risk of loss since the statements are in paper form
•
Possibility of missing tax payments and incurring fines as people often overlook postal mail.

Annual occurrences: 21.68 million

Instances of delinquency: 2.38 million
